MISSION

ICF Metro DC Chapter exists to advance the coaching profession in Washington DC, northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland.

VISION STATEMENT

Coaching is an integral part of a thriving society and every ICF Metro DC Chapter member strives to represent the highest quality level of professional coaching.  

CORE VALUES

We are committed to reliability, openness, acceptance, and congruence. We consider all parts of the ICF community mutually accountable to uphold the following values:

It is our goal to advance the ICF Metro DC Chapter’s purpose and focus, and to increase the success of members.  We do this by:

• Providing a network and community though which members can learn and share professional opportunities
• Promoting the profession of coaching in the Metro DC area
• Offering professional development to enhance skills and increase the effectiveness for members at all levels
