Biography
Jessica Keeny is a certified coach whose work centers on decision-making during periods of change, sustained responsibility, or loss. She supports clients when familiar ways of thinking no longer hold and decisions carry real consequence.
Her approach is informed by lived experience as well as professional discipline. Within a short period of time, she navigated significant personal loss while continuing to make consequential decisions about work, family, and direction. That experience shaped a coaching style grounded in judgment, perspective, and follow-through rather than urgency or prescribed outcomes.
Jessica works with clients to examine decisions carefully, avoid false either/or framing, and identify options that fit real-life conditions. Her coaching emphasizes clarity of judgment and workability over time, not rapid change or transformation.
In addition to her coaching practice, Jessica brings experience from high-pressure environments that require composure, analysis, and accountability. She is also an endurance athlete, having completed multiple long-distance triathlons and ultramarathon events.
Jessica is an active member of the ICF DC Metro community.
