As a dedicated, client-empowering coach equipped to get efficient results and high-quality outcomes, I leverage my strong critical thinking skills to assist clients in increasing self-awareness and clarity. Using a systems perspective, I help clients bring actions and behaviors into alignment with their values, maintain accountability, and achieve their goals creating new dimensions of life fulfillment. My coaching philosophy leverages my unique background of 10 years of formal higher education and 18+ years of research and experience in academia, the National Laboratories, industry and federal government service.
For over 12 years I have served as a passionate and driven leader in the government sector with demonstrated abilities in inspiring and managing diverse, high performance individuals and technical teams. Leaning into my highly analytical, driven and self-reflective nature, I consistently seek complex positions and opportunities which challenge me to lead and coach with a growth mindset.
