Biography
Kelly Bowling is an executive coach and consultant with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, facilitation, and coaching across commercial, non-profit, and government clients. As a coaching and consulting practitioner with deep experience as an operational leader, Kelly is quick to understand client problems and develop collaborative solutions. She has significant experience in coaching, training, facilitation, team development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management for large organizations, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Kaiser Permanente and Lockheed Martin.
As an operational leader, Kelly was responsible for leadership development, succession planning, training, organizational design, employee engagement, coaching, and various 360 and climate assessments. She is experienced working with leaders ranging from Vice Presidents to mid-level leaders and has also coached early career professionals as well as aspiring individual contributors. Kelly’s coaching style is highly agile and collaborative, leveraging her experience working with leaders across various industries to develop a strong understanding of the client’s needs and co-create actionable solutions.
Kelly holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. Kelly is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and delivers various 360 assessments to include CCL Benchmarks, LPI, Hogan, and Korn Ferry Leadership Styles & Climate. She is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci Change Management certified.
