Biography
I am passionate about helping leaders, teams and organizations discover their strengths and thrive in their flow, enabling them to communicate effectively and achieve goals across cultures.
It links directly to my life experience:
I was born in Thailand to an Israeli diplomat and grew up in Singapore, the Philippines, Peru, and Israel. As a third-culture child, adapting to diverse environments sharpened my empathy and communication skills, and gave me a broad perspective on navigating different cultures while staying true to myself. My family and I moved to the US in 2019.
I am a certified leadership coach and an experienced Business Development Manager with vast managerial experience. Including leading processes and teams in the pharmaceutical industry and various NGOs. My expertise extends to facilitating workshops to foster critical thinking and interpersonal communication strategies, enabling individuals to embrace the richness of diverse perspectives.
I combine my varied career experience with my education, including an Executive Certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and completing the MIT Interpersonal Communication Strategies for Executives program. I hold a Master’s Degree in Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
