Biography
Beza E. Ayalew is an Organization Development (OD) Consultant, Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Trainer and Strategic Advisor. She has 15+ years of experience across functions and industries including public and private sectors. Beza is the founder and lead consultant of The Mela Way, which is a one-stop-shop for transformation.
Beza specializes in transforming leaders, teams, organizations, and communities to meet or exceed their goals and explore new possibilities. She ensures the appropriate exercises and frameworks are customized to meet the client’s needs. She uses effective approaches to drive innovation. Beza applies strengths-based approaches and assessments to promote maximum organizational impact. She brings a unique blend of research background and diverse practical experience.
She was a Senior OD Consultant at Encompass LLC. Beza provides support for the Global Health Bureau at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
She also served as a Senior OD Consultant for LMI's Human Capital Services (HCS) and Sub Service Line (SSL) and provided support to Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
She led an OD Team at Headquarters Marine Corps at the Pentagon. Beza and her team partnered with leaders, teams and organizations to foster transformational changes to develop people and teams, as well as improve cultures to foster organizational success.
Beza was a Human Capital Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and was a rotational fellow with the CDC. She directly supported leadership in six centers and led substantial projects to drive organizational improvements and implement public health solutions.
