Biography
Marlee is an experienced coach, consultant, trainer, and facilitator who has spent more than 13 years working with non-profits, government, and educational institutions. She is passionate about partnering with leaders and non-profit organizations to strengthen their individual and organizational capacity to achieve personal and professional goals.
As a Principal at a strategy consulting firm, Marlee led a social impact portfolio helping diverse, mission-driven organizations increase their impact. She has led multiple teams and projects with a primary focus on people development, organizational strengthening, strategic planning, and project management for social impact organizations and the federal government.
Marlee is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Texas A&M University. She also completed the Harvard Credentials of Readiness (CORe) program and holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing from George Mason University.
