Biography
Theresa is the founder of Accelerated Insight Coaching and also serves as Vice President for Coaching Services for Mångata, providing executive coaching and leadership development to business leaders. Theresa is an experienced manager and ACC coach with more than two decades’ experience leading global groups, programs, and initiatives, including overseeing and designing executive leadership & management training programs for aspiring, emerging, and experienced leaders. She oversaw dozens of classes that positioned students to lead and manage complex initiatives, projects, programs, groups--and themselves--to achieve critical missions. An experienced instructional designer, instructor, and facilitator, Theresa has delivered instruction and facilitation on dozens of occasions, including in multiple languages, with and without interpretation. She is also trained in Team, EQ, and strengths coaching.
