Biography
Bego is an Executive and Leadership Coach helping leaders be successful on their
journey, boosting their strengths and developing new competencies needed to be
effective. Her broad corporate, nonprofit, and start-up experience provides unique insights
into complex business challenges. With over 25 years living and working in different
countries and cultures, she brings a keen understanding of the opportunities and
obstacles leaders face. She helps leaders as they navigate transition or want to build more
competencies – to a new role, a bigger team, increased responsibilities.
Her philosophy is an integral one, helping her clients find focus and clarity to face and
overcome the challenges of their current reality. Bego uses mindfulness both as a practice
to offer her clients to help them become more self-aware, focused, and compassionate
and as a way of keeping herself present and responsive to her clients' needs. She coaches
in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Bego has worked in several industries including consumer products, telecom, nonprofits,
consulting and advertising, and tech. She has coached and worked with individuals and
teams from technology companies, startups, healthcare, education, automotive, consumer
and packaged goods, professional services, media companies, and nonprofits.
Ms. Lozano holds a BA in Business Administration and postgraduate work in Corporate
Social Responsibility. She is a faculty member at New Ventures West since 2020. Bego is
a Senior Facilitator for Personal Leadership Seminars since 2017, and a Facilitator for
Coaching Circles since 2021. Her experience in intercultural management led her to
become a member of SIETAR (Society of Intercultural Education, Training and Research)
since 2011, and she has presented at the annual conferences. She is a founding member
of the Latina Giving Circle, part of the Latino Community Foundation.
