Biography
My innate strength of seeking connectedness instinctively draws me to people who have faced and conquered some of their life’s difficulties, and I can recognize the value of their wisdom and philosophical insights—and can mirror that back to them. As a coach, I employ a co-active model of facilitation which is chiefly about discovery; awareness; and choice (that is, creation and adherence to a client-determined development plan). In order for the coaching relationship to be successful the qualities of respect, openness, compassion, empathy, and a rigorous commitment to speaking the truth must be present. My job as a coach is to help clients articulate their chosen purpose, clarify their goals, and to assist them in achieving their desired outcomes.
