Before forming my coaching practice, I served more than 15 years as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) in the federal government, advising Senate-confirmed officials and executive leadership, and leading complex negotiations inside high-accountability institutions. I led a five-state HHS regional legal office, advising on policy and strategy across intense regulatory oversight, high-dollar enforcement litigation, and matters with nationwide policy impact.
Today, through The PRESENCE Model™ and strengths-based work, I coach founders and CEOs to operate with clarity, composure, and strategic control inside those systems.
