Human Capital and organization effectiveness professional with a proven track record as a former C-suite federal chief human capital officer and currently as a senior coach and consultant. Design and execute enterprise people and culture programs in large organizations with complex missions and geographically distributed and remote workforces. Skilled at designing tailored human capital and organizational effectiveness solutions that advance the mission, vision, and business strategy. Have international experience. Contributed to international efforts related to Knowledge Management, Human Resources Development, and Safety Culture through participation on United Nations -International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) projects, and bilateral agreements with other countries. Served three years as Chair of the IAEA Steering Committee on Regulatory (HR) Capacity Building and Knowledge Management comprised of 27 member nations.
