I See Patterns Others Miss
ADHD Coach for Adults & Teens. Executive Function Coaching Specialist. Educator. Creative. Parent. Black ADHDer.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38—after 20+ years in education, raising a daughter with ADHD,
and wondering why everything felt so much harder than it "should."
That diagnosis didn't just change my life. It gave me a lens I now use to help others see themselves clearly for the first time.
My Story
I know what it's like to be told you're "too much" or "not enough." To struggle with task initiation while your brain runs 47 tabs at once.
To face amplified stigma as a BIPOC individual in spaces that weren't built for us.
But here's what I've learned: the problem was never you. The problem was that no one helped you see the pattern your brain was running—
or showed you how to work with it instead of against it.
That's what I do. I don't just teach strategies—I help you see what your brain is actually doing.
I detect the invisible loops of avoidance, shame, and overwhelm, and I help you translate them into something you can work with.
That shift—from confusion to clarity—is where transformation lives.
My approach bridges executive function coaching with expressive, nervous-system–aware practices.
I focus on regulation, identity, and self-trust rather than just productivity—because when you understand the pattern, the strategies finally stick.
