Biography
Victoria Baxter is committed to partnering with clients to identify their strengths, explore new ways of to view situations, individuals and possibilities and convert this insight into actions to reach success. She is a graduate of the George Mason University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing program.
She brings to her coaching over 20+ years of professional experience of working with purpose-driven companies and social justice organizations. Victoria is an Executive Vice President at the global public relations firm Weber Shandwick and heads up the global Social Impact team, which creates brave, data-informed creative solutions for clients ranging from the Novartis to Nestle.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, she was the Deputy Director for Communications and Public Affairs for the United Nations Foundation, communicating about a range of global development and environment issues. She was a core member of the AAAS Science and Human Rights Program where she developed training and evaluation programs for non-profit leaders in post-conflict societies to advance reconciliation and justice. Victoria has a M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and a B.A. in International Studies from American University. She’s originally from outside of Boston, and has made Washington, DC her home for over 25 years.
