As a Career, Leadership, and Retirement Coach, I help you through those major life transitions.
As a Career Coach, we focus on identifying the best career options for you. While pinpointing existing knowledge and skills to enhance your chances of being selected for interview. We also work on interviewing techniques, so you are selected for the position.
As a Leadership Coach, I work with leaders or managers who want to excel. We focus on identifying what is working, what is not working, and filling in the gaps. I use an agile approach where you identify what type of leader you want to be then we work together to build the skills and habits to support your transformation.
As a Retirement Coach, I provide a platform for soon-to-be or recent retirees to envision life beyond work. Sometimes this take re-envisioning self to be more than the career. Sometimes it means looking within to see what legacy you want to leave and figuring out how to achieve it. We focus on finding meaning and value for this next phase of your life.
Coaching allows you the space and time to learn about yourself. While homework may be offered to practice and learn new habits. The Transition process allows you to grow intentionally, meaningfully, so you move confidently into the future.
TRANSITION Process –
1. Accept – Identify and explore your current situation.
2. Commit – Identify the change you want to make and why it is important to you. Establish the habits to support your transition.
3. Attitude – Embrace the transition journey. Change takes work! Realize that the thoughts we have, leads to the word we say, leads to our beliefs, leads to the actions we take, which leads to the thoughts we have. To transform we must break this cycle.
4. Acknowledge – What is within your control, your sphere of influence, and outside your control.
5. Believe – You can do it!
