As a Career, Leadership, and Retirement Coach, I help you through those major life transitions.


As a Career Coach, we focus on identifying the best career options for you. While pinpointing existing knowledge and skills to enhance your chances of being selected for interview. We also work on interviewing techniques, so you are selected for the position.


Partnering with Organizations and Individuals

We help organizations and individuals transition from chaos to enlightenment.

Chaos

When an organization or individual is in chaos, they tend to work harder not smarter. By helping them step back and understand where they are, explore their feelings and beliefs, they can identify paths forward.

For example, an organization may have multiple employees performing similar tasks in their own way. This results in overwork, redundant work, and burn-out. There is also an increased risk of support staff or back-up personnel making mistakes due to inconsistent processes.

  • Support staff must learn multiple employees’ processes for doing the same activity.
  • Resulting in inefficiency, and potential for increased errors.
  • Difficult to share processes with clients resulting in more time needed to address questions and obtain the information satisfy clients needs.

Transformational / Transition

We use leadership coaching and activities to clarify what and how organizations operate. We work with clients to identify solutions to move you or your organization through the messy middle of transitions. Whether you or your organization is preparing for employees to retire or wants to update how they operate, we can assist you in your transformation.

Techniques we employ include interviewing you or your staff, mapping ‘as is’ processes (or getting clear on where you are now and how you operate), identify and set-up resources, facilitate discussions between staff to ensure understanding, clarify roles and responsibilities, and offer training as needed.

Enlightenment

Helping you and your organization move from chaos by clarifying ‘to be’ states, streamlining operations, understanding your barriers to change so you and organization have increased efficiency, minimize communication challenges as you transition.
