Biography

Matt Mattice is an ICF certified coach who offers tailored one-on-one career and leadership coaching to empower you to achieve your desired results. He creates a confidential space for you to explore and clarify goals, identify challenges, and create action plans. His coaching approach will help you reach your career ambitions and develop your authentic leadership style. Matt’s coaching philosophy developed from his nearly two decades in the federal government leading, developing, and coaching employees. When not working, you will find Matt spending quality time with his wife, two teenage boys, reading, running, and volunteering with the Boy Scouts and high school rowing team. Matt knows the D.C. Metro region (a native resident of Fairfax County) and can help you navigate it as well.
