At its heart, coaching is about exploration. It is a strategic transformational tool that enhances organizational culture, and greater overall success by developing awareness and growth. Coaching is a powerful upskill for all current and emerging leaders. As a coach, William is an active partner in helping clients navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and achieve personal, professional and team goals. As an International Coaching Federation credentialed Coach, William’s client portfolio spans USG Federal Employees, Consultants in the private sector, uniformed members of the Department of Defense as well as pro-bono coaching for 501c (3) organizations. In additional to coaching, William also holds credentialling from the Human Resource Management Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, the Society for Human Resource Management as a Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional, GALLUP as a Certified Global Strengths Coach, and Georgetown University as a Change Management Advanced Practitioner. William’s passion for leadership development and personal growth.
As a five-time combat veteran William has been a part of the same fast-paced world of global intelligence and operations that his clients are now navigating. Through their work together, clients have smashed through blind spots that were holding them back and have gone on to increase their influence and visibility.
