Biography
Full-time advisor, listener, speaker, and professional leadership coach. I formerly served on ICF's Independent Review Board (Ethics) and the Global Nomination Committee.
I leverage a career as a global senior executive, using personality and 360 assessments, neuroscience, and photography (yes, photography!) as tools to better serve clients who are serious about developing, innovating and/or solving “wicked hard problems”. I take a "whole person" approach to working with my clients that includes both personal and professional aspects, as well as wellness.
