Biography
After almost 20 years managing projects, leading teams and being the person who gets things done, I’ve realised that what I enjoy most is helping people grow.
Today, I am moving into leadership coaching, currently completing my leadership coaching certification. I work with experienced managers and leaders who are ready to make a shift that can be surprisingly difficult:
From being the expert who delivers to becoming the leader who develops others.
When you have built your career on being knowledgeable, reliable and the person people turn to when something needs to get done, stepping back can feel counterintuitive. But leadership requires something different: creating clarity, giving others ownership, developing people and resisting the urge to solve everything yourself.
This is where I see coaching making a real difference. I help my clients recognise their own strengths, build confidence and develop a leadership approach that is both effective and authentic. Through listening, thoughtful questions and constructive challenge, I help them find their own answers rather than giving them mine.
This work is also connected to my own transition. I have moved through several professional shifts — from consultant to client, from project management to digital leadership, and ultimately from a career I was deeply proud of into a new chapter. Each transition has challenged me to reconsider what success means and how I want to contribute.
Before moving into coaching, I spent more than 20 years in digital and project leadership, including more than six years at ROLEX. I led complex, cross-functional teams and global digital initiatives, working across different disciplines, cultures and organisations. That experience taught me a great deal about delivering results — but also about what enables people and teams to do their best work.
I am particularly interested in supporting women in leadership, while welcoming anyone who wants to become a more intentional, confident and authentic leader.
For me, leadership coaching is ultimately about helping people move from doing more themselves to enabling more in others.
