Michael Randel works with leaders and their teams as they move through Change and Growth with Calm and Confidence.
Over the last 30 years, working across more than twenty countries, Michael has worked with hundreds of leaders as they work to make an impact in complex environments.
He developed the RCA Seasons of Growth™ framework to help people understand and move through three phases of change. This allows leaders to navigate the challenges of change and bring about transformational results.
Based in Washington D.C., Michael works with philanthropic foundations, national non-profit organizations, global multinationals and public agencies.
With deep experience, Michael is recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) as a Certified Professional Facilitator - Master.
